Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to clean or empty my garage before installation?

Yes. To keep your project on the most efficient schedule and avoid delays, we ask that all personal belongings be removed & the garage floor be reasonably clean before our crew arrives.
If a garage is not cleared and must be cleaned or organized onsite, an additional labor charge of $50/hour will apply. This rate covers handling, moving, and debris disposal performed by our crew.

Who installs cabinets, paints, or repairs walls if needed?

For specialized services outside our epoxy and electrical scope — including cabinetry, custom wall storage, painting, or significant drywall/floor repair — we work with a network of trusted local subcontractors. These vendors are fully vetted and selected for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and familiarity with South Florida building codes.
We coordinate timelines and integration, but billing or guarantees for their services may be handled separately, depending on scope.

Are there any hidden fees or surprise charges?

We offer transparent, tier-based pricing. All quotes include prep, materials, and installation for your selected package.
However, additional charges may apply for Unforeseen subfloor damage (e.g., moisture issues, structural cracks), Large-scale leveling or filling beyond standard scope, Extended garage prep and/or cleaning required by our crew, Custom design requests or premium finish upgrades not in your package and anything not specified within our Estimates/Invoices. Change orders or additions must be agreed upon in writing.

Will you handle the all electrical work for lighting, EV chargers, Panel Upgrades, etc.?

Yes. All electrical work is performed by MBM Electric, our family-owned licensed parent company. This means your EV charger install, lighting upgrades, Service panel, Solar Panels & all other electrical projects are completed in-house by our experienced professionals — not outsourced.
